I’m so sick of this happening I don’t even have permium!!
I just woke up around 4am its now 5 to see that ONCE AGAIN I was logged out of my account and someone is on it right now I’m so sick of my account constantly being hacked now I’m waiting back from roblox.
usually roblox support reverts my gmail back once I ask them so this is a new thing there doing which is great but right now they are back online on my account
I have screenshots of my profile along with all my friends I DON’T even know whos targeting me because this is the THIRD time who could I have possibly make this upset other then the people that hacked me
This is the second gmail I had to make for my ROBLOX ACCOUNT theres nothing else on it BUT my roblox account and I even have a passkey where I need my fingerprint to login on my phone
What I still don’t understand nor like and correct me if this isn’t how this feature works is once someone, or myself, is in my account, you can easily take off the protection
And the random codes given to me doesn’t even matter they have never worked once for me
The passkey and Authenticator is only supposed to give you a secure login method, but people can hack you after you logged in by grabbing your Roblox Security Cookie.
What I suggest you: uninstall unwanted software and browser extensions. This way people can’t grab your Roblox Security Cookie
Completely agree with @CodingAgent , but can I also say be very careful when using other non-official roblox sites, discord authentication of roblox logins (fakes), random links (that may seem harmless), but redirect you to non-official roblox sites to harvest the cookie.
Whenever I do get back into my account should I start signining out of all my sessions when I log off then? I’m not sure how to prevent this and I’m sure on my old post I showed all my web extensions I use
Right now all I can do is wait until roblox gets back to me
The account is back online not really much I can think of to do right now my friends are still here and again I can’t even trade they haven’t joined any games yet.
I have no clue and I wished I knew I was on my account a few hours ago playing bad horror games with friends before falling asleep and waking up to be being logged out
There could be multiple reasons why the extensions could be unsafe. Maybe it’s them. I don’t know them but I don’t really know any extension except Roseal
If you were compromised multiple times now, it’s likely that your computer is ratted or there’s an infostealer constantly running. I would format your PC.
are there any other locations that are suspicious im settings if not and you know that you have the original safe extensions then (take this with a grain of salt) i have a feeling you are just overthinking it
if you’re logged in on another device like your phone, it can sometimes show you as online because of background activity when you get a possible notif or refreshes something like that.
but as others said check for any malware that could be logging you (you can try malwarebytes they give free trial delete after) or wipe your whole pc entirely and reinstall windows for peace of mind
The issue could also be with your gmail.
Perhaps someone has access to that account and uses “forgot password” to gain access to your Roblox. Make sure your email connected to your Roblox account is safe and secure.
