Something's Wrong with my Script Editor

When ever I select something in my script editor it doesn’t make a cursor, it selects the letter itself:

This makes it literally impossible to type. I don’t know how it happened either. I was just typing then it happened.

Press the ‘Insert’ button on your keyboard

I was confused when this happened to me but the solution is easy!

you accidently pressed your insert button on your keyboard
just press it again
