Sometimes drag and dropping images for quick decal uploads does not register the image file

As seen in this video, I drag the image to the upload, and it just brings me to the upload page without the image already cached and ready.

Apologies for the bug report when this one already existed! I found two other non-bug-report threads before posting and gave up my search there.

Would love to see this one patched! Happy to see it’s being tracked.
