Sounds choosing between playing and not playing

when i was testing my game i noticed that sounds sometimes will play and sometimes wont, this has been happening for about a day now and it happens on both studio and roblox client

have tested it and theres no errors whatsoever, i use :Play() on a sound on the client and sometimes plays and sometimes doesnt
