What can this available space become? What do you think, and how should I redesign it?
For information for people who care about the location: It is placed at the north entrance of the city of Project Roben. Project Roben is the only city in the game, other areas are just rural.

Looks like a nice size for a small supermarket/convenience store or gas station.
It was a small supermarket too before the space closed, because there was nearly no cilents. For the citizens it was not interesting, no discounts, nothing.

Hey bro, noticed the unfathomable amount of free models as soon as i joined the game. You could also maybe put a gas station, maybe even a school in that space.
Well for me, it doesn’t lag, maybe there’s a virus that doesn’t affect the developers.
That’s not how it works…
You should always try to make your game as efficient and smooth as possible, and like @xqimo said, there is free models galore.
Nice work so far, but maybe take a step back to replace all your free models with custom ones.
Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are a few viruses in your game, try getting a Anti-Backdoor to find them, but the best way to stop viruses is…
