As a Roblox developer, it’s hard to understand how players actually feel about my game since many reviews are spam, nonsense, or Robux requests. These also still affect the like/dislike ratio. If someone dislikes my game and writes “Give 1000 robux” or “ghgjhfghfghfhg” in the feedback, what do I as a developer gain?
Fixing this would help because I could focus on genuine feedback and improve the game based on real player opinions, instead of sorting through junk comments.
Possible solution:
Add an automated system that flags spam or irrelevant reviews and moves them to a “Spam” folder (only visible to the developer). These flagged reviews wouldn’t affect the like/dislike ratio. The filter doesn’t have to be super strict, it just has to remove feedback such as:
- Robux begging
- Gibberish
- Emoji/symbol spam, tagged reviews
This would make ratings more accurate and developer feedback more useful.
