SpawnLocation.Enabled

Idea for making spawning at selected areas easier.

Support. Very convenient. You can sort of do this right now by looping through all the spawns, ignoring the ones you want “disabled” then set Player.RespawnLocation to a random one not on your pseudo-“Disabled” list.
