INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Spectrum Hotels’ Community Handbook! This post is composed of all information regarding our group. Although we’ve tried to accomplish perfecting this handbook, there may be some information that we mistakenly forgot to include. If this is the case, do not fret to ask any questions to a Corporate Team member within our Communications Server or Group Wall.

Rank Descriptions

Customer

The customer is the most important rank in Spectrum. Without the large bulk of our community that gives everybody else a reason to play our games, our group would not be where it is today. Customers are the lowest rank in the group and are players that may be served by our servers or socialize with other players.

Noted Staff

Noted Customers are customers that have contributed to Spectrum or are a recognized user of importance within the community. This rank is typically given out to former staff members who have contributed greatly to the group, or important figures within our community. You cannot be promoted to this rank or apply for it.

Affiliate Representative

Affiliate Representatives are not staff members and have no different powers from a customer. This rank is used to display partnered representatives at our games.

LOW RANKS

Trainee

Trainee is the rank awarded to group members who have successfully completed the Application to work and receive basic worker privileges. This rank must attend a training to rank up/work at Spectrum.

Junior Receptionist

Receptionists are staff members that trained to specialize in checking customers in and out of the resort. They earn points by working behind the counter. This rank must attend a training to get promoted to Senior Receptionist.

Senior Receptionist

Senior Receptionists are staff members that trained to specialize in checking customers in and out of the resort. They earn points by working behind the counter. They were promoted from training, and must attend another training to achieve Senior Staff.

Staff Assistant

Staff Assistants are more experienced in low ranks. They are there to set an example for the lower ranks such as Junior/Senior Receptionists. This rank can no longer attend training to rank up. This rank is the last Low Rank before coming a Middle Rank, they must be chosen by HRs or SRs if deemed for a promotion.

MIDDLE RANKS

Senior Staff

The Senior Staff rank is the first rank that is required to join the game at least 3 times per week. Moreover, they oversee low ranked staff in-game and assist them.

Head of Staff

The Head of Staff rank is required to also join the game at least 3 times throughout the week. Same as the Senior Staff but supervises the hotel and makes sures everything is going well.

Supervision Team

The supervision team rank is the supervisor of the game, they ensure everything is going well, managing other lower MRs and LRs. Can also help with trollers and exploiters.

Management Team

The Management Team rank is required to assist at 2 training throughout the week. Furthermore, they are granted moderator permissions in-game and shall help with any concerns in-game.

HIGH RANKS

Intern

The Intern rank is obtained through High Rank Intern Applications. This rank is the barrier between the middle ranks and high ranks. They are responsible for helping at training and keeping everything good at the hotel. If obtained by apps, it’s a trial rank for HR.

Directors Assistant

DA is the first official high rank within Spectrum. They are responsible for handling low ranks, hosting training, shifts, and assisting training. They get ranking permissions, and handle exploiters and trollers.

Board of Directors

They are responsible for handling low ranks, hosting training, and shifts. Furthermore, this rank handles ranking within training & shifts.

Lead Directors

They are responsible for handling low ranks, hosting training, and shifts. Furthermore, this rank handles ranking within training & shifts. Same as BOD however the senior position of it.

SENIOR RANKS

Corporate Intern

Corporate Intern are the in training Senior Ranks. They manage LRs/MRs and HRs, also helping the group in general. Moreover, their general duties are similar to the duties of BOD and Lead Directors as well. The first corporate role.

Junior Corporate

Corporate are the primary Senior Ranks. They manage LRs/MRs and HRs, also helping the group in general. Moreover, their general duties are similar to the duties of BOD and Lead Directors as well. The more senior rank of the Corporate Intern role. Given after working for a while, being dedicated and active.

Senior Corporate

Corporate are the primary Senior Ranks. They manage LRs/MRs and HRs, also helping the group in general. Moreover, their general duties are similar to the duties of Junior Corporate as well. The more senior rank of the Junior Corporate role. Given after working for a while, being dedicated and active.

Corporate Director

Chief Corporate manages the group on an administrative level. They work closely with the Corporate Officers and oversee Corporate Operations.

Development Team

They are the Builders, Bots, and Programmers for the group.

Co Founder

The Co-Founder works closely within Corporate and helps to run the group. Co owner in this case, would be sxnny_rockii and vetranarianemma.

Hiring

Introduction

Spectrum is always looking for new additions to our team. We strive off of our player base, and are always interested in bringing in dedicated people to serve within our game! If this sounds like you, this is the right place for you!

Becoming a Trainee

In order to become a Trainee at Spectrum, you must apply using the Application Center. The interviewer will ask you questions regarding your knowledge with Spectrum and whether you are capable of moving one step forward on the rank list. If you pass the interview with sufficient answers correct, you will be automatically ranked to Trainee.

Becoming a MR

Employment promotions are offered whilst working for the hotel for enough time, and enough requirements to achieve a promotion from the SR team. They will rank you once deserved. By demonstrating leadership skills and contributing to a friendly environment at our game, you have the opportunity to be noticed by our staffing department. Once recognized, you will be contacted by one of our officers with follow-up steps on how to proceed.

Becoming a HR

To become a High Rank, you can achieve an employment promotion from the SR team, same as becoming a MR. To do that, we have high expectations and if we see you with sufficient activity and leadership, you’ll be promoted. Or, you can achieve High Rank positions by applications which’ll frequently be opened.

Becoming a SR

Employment promotions to SR can only be offered by Chief Corporate and higher. Temporarily, at the time of this writing of this document, you’ll be able to apply for SR however we’ll have high expectations, and you don’t have a high chance of passing. To be promoted from Chief Corporate to Vice Chairman, you’ll need to be very active and dedicated towards Spectrum and after a while of decisions, you will be promoted by the Chairman.

Alliances

Information

Groups listed under the affiliates tab of the group are other Roblox groups that Spectrum has partnered with and mutually provides support for. We believe Spectrum can benefit from and towards our partners, and can mix both communities together to allow our player bases to interact.

Spectrum and all of its affiliates, agree to mutually benefit each other by spreading publicity of major events and information. Both parties shall not attempt to control or dictate the policies and procedures, and must respect the boundaries of power and decisions between both groups. Affiliates agree not to overstep their boundaries and involve themselves in decisions regarding Spectrum unless personally impacted by said decision. Both groups shall support each other, promote a positive environment towards each group, and be transparent with each other. Those given the role of affiliate representative within our communication platform and games must respect the Code of Conduct and will not be given exemptions.

Affiliate Requirements

In order to form a partnership with Spectrum, you must meet the following requirements, which will be determined individually by the communications team:

Minimum of 60 legitimate group members — exemptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Must provide a minimum of 1 easily reachable representative, with a maximum of 2.

All content within games must be original and not stolen unless given permission by developer

Must not have a record of violating our Code of Conduct

Must have an actively participating community

Affiliate Application

If you are interested in forming a partnership with Spectrum, you must fill out this short application and forward it to a member of our PR (Public Relations) department.

  1. What is the name of your group? Please provide a group link too.
  2. What is your group’s purpose? (Cafe, Hotel, etc)
  3. Why do you wish to form a partnership with Spectrum?
  4. Please list the representative(s) that will be selected for this partnership. (1 or 2)
  5. How can we benefit you?
  6. How can you benefit us?
  7. Any further questions regarding affiliates or partnerships with Spectrum should be brought up with our PR (Public Relations) department.
Appeals

Introduction

While we want to enforce our core values and ensure those who have bad intentions stay out of our community, Spectrum is a strong believer of second chances. If you believe you qualify to appeal one of your punishments, please fill out the respective appeal form and submit it to the correct personnel listed under each appeal.

  3. What type of punishment are you appealing for? [Available Options: Demotion/Termination, Suspension, Game Ban, Discord Ban, Staff Ban,]
  4. What was the reason behind the punishment you received? (Write the punishment message / reason)
  5. Who issued the punishment?
  6. Why should we revoke this punishment? (At Least 2 sentences)
  7. If the punishment type was a demotion, suspension, or termination, what was your original rank? Leave this blank if you were not demoted or suspended.
