im currently experiencing an issue where my ads arent spending. i have 600k robux worth of ads that say active but have spent nothing. I sent an email to roblox with no response yet… ive opened a support ticket with no response.
AS of 10am yesterday it appears every person ads whether classic or on the new ads manager have been entirely halted. This is troubling for me specifically due to trying to compete with another game for recommended and needing sponsors to do so. I have 6000 credits in sponsors that just aren’t running, and I’m sure lots of others are in the same predicament
