I’ve been running sponsored ads and they haven’t had a single impression. The ad has been up for a day already and the status says active and all bids are .04 USD and up.
One just completed with no impressions.

You advertised it the wrong way. What is your game about?
It shouldn’t matter how I advertised it; I should have still gotten impressions. This means no one saw my game to begin with/It never got on the sponsored page.
Yeah, but it still affects it. If you sponsor a fighting game to 13> girls, bye bye. From what I can see, it’s because you didn’t bid enough. This system is dogwater.

I don’t mean to hop on an old post that’s not mine, but I am experiencing the same thing. 0 impressions and it’s been 24 hours. I tried running like 3 more and they are all doing the same thing. They say active, but basically they aren’t.
I bid $0.25, so I don’t think that’s too low.
Yeah I figured the issue out its because we are using USD. ads work fine when I purchase with robux credit. After purchasing the ad with roblox credit my USD ads seemed to start working not sure what the issue is here.
