I have seen someone else have the same issue, and have tried the common fixes, but am still unable to sponsor my UGC item.
When I try to put any amount of robux into Sponsorships for my UGCs, for example 100 robux, it says “Total budget must be greater than 0. Please edit your sponsorship and try again.”
Fixes I have tried:
- Unchecking 17+
- Reloading the page
- Changing sponsor amount
- Using different browser
I do not directly own the UGC as it was uploaded to a group, and is now being held by another individual. However, I have all permissions enabled within the group, and the owner of it is having the same issue.
My device is a macbook air on a browser.
I have more than enough to make this sponsor, I even tried to put 10 robux, but the same error still pops up. If anyone could help me here, It would be extremely helpful. Thank you.
