Sprinklify is a bakery filled with hard-working staff and a friendly, welcoming community! We serve an assortment of pastries to tasty drinks, you will get the experience you deserve by playing our games. Choose to either serve Customers or be served by our staff. We introduce you to our handbook!
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is a set of rules for all community members of Sprinklify to follow. How you behave and play our games must be in accordance with these sets of rules. Failing to adhere to these rules will result in disciplinary action by our moderators.
Respect & Maturity
We require all players at Sprinklify to treat others in a respectful, mature, and civil manner.
Attire
You must have appropriate and respectful attire on your avatar at all times. We do not allow any sort of disrespectful, discriminative, or inappropriate/unsettling pieces of clothing or avatar accessories on your person. You will be punished accordingly if we notice you wearing disruptive accessories or clothing.
Disruptive Behavior
We do not allow any form of disruptive behavior in any of Sprinklify’s facilities. This includes but is not limited to: spamming, trolling, advertising, exploiting, being disrespectful, etc. If you are being actively disruptive, you will be reminded and then banned.
Inclusivity
Sprinklify is an inclusive and diverse community of people from different backgrounds and identities, meaning we do not allow discrimination whatsoever. You will be harshly punished if you are caught discriminating against another person in our community.
Rank Descriptions
Customer: The starting rank in the group, this rank can apply to become a Pastry Chef by joining the game and pressing the Training Center tab, you go straight to trainings as a customer!
Noted Customer: Reserved for notable members that have contributed to the group greatly.
Business Partner: Reserved for people who represent our allies.
Pastry Chef: Our first and only in-group low rank is our Pastry Chef rank, the rest of the ranks you obtain will be through leveling up in-game.
Bakery Assistant: This is the starting Management position. Users in this rank have obtained this position by being recruited by our team and can now train and moderate at the bakery.
Supervisor: This is the second Management rank. They may host sessions in addition to their duties of supervising the bakery and training.
Assistant Manager: This is the third Management rank. Assistant Managers are responsible for managing the bakery staff and assisting with hosting minigames and other kinds of shifts at the cafe.
General Manager: This is the fourth and final Management rank. Those in this position are asked to participate in either Communications or Recruitment Department duties as well as overseeing other MR duties.
Executive Assistant: This is the first High Rank position. Those in this position are tasked with participating in managing the Management Team as a whole as well as continuing to participate in their department duties.
Chief Public Relations Officer: This is a senior position in the Public Relations Department. They will either lead Events or Alliances and will lead their department members below them.
Chief Recruitment Officer: This is a senior position for those in the Recruitment Department. Those who are selected for this role are promoted for their hard work in the Recruitment Department and will lead specific areas within their department.
Chief Administrative Officer: This is the final High Rank position. The individuals selected for this position are chosen to be the heads of their department, and are also tasked with managing and overseeing the entire High Rank Team and will assist the leadership team.
Vice President: The Vice President is responsible for overseeing the departments, and is tasked with working with the rest of the Leadership Team to improve Sprinklify.
President: The President is responsible for overseeing entire group operations and development.
Owner & Co-Owner: The owners are responsible for overseeing the entire group and are also responsible for running development.
Staff Information
This section was designed to serve as a resource to help our Pastry Chefs better understand the rank progression, promotions, and how to work in our bakery. Of course, please be sure to send your questions to a member of our High Rank Team if you are still confused.
Staff Rules
Abiding by these rules is essential to your success in our establishment, and you will be punished accordingly if you are caught breaking these rules. You must also adhere to the community code of conduct, otherwise you may be at risk of losing your position.
Customer Service & Respect
When interacting and serving customers, you must treat them respectfully and politely. Your customer service leaves a lasting impression on our group, so make sure to treat them properly.
Responsibilities
Being part of our staff team comes with lots of responsibilities. While on shift, you will be responsible for taking orders, making drinks, preparing pastries, and cleaning. Make sure that you attend to these responsibilities well, and make sure you don’t push yourself too hard.
Dealing With Disruptive Customers
If you encounter a disruptive customer, please tell a member of our MR Team immediately. They will handle the situation once you have called one over.
Professionalism
As a member of our staff team, you are required to remain professional while on-shift. You should not be participating in any form of disruptive behavior, and you must treat other employees and customers in a respectful and kind manner.
Accountability & Responsibility
You are responsible for your own actions, and will be held accountable for your own actions that occur while on our staff team. As part of our staff team, you are expected to be a responsible and reliable employee. Be the role model for other employees and uphold your own responsibilities!
Chain of Command
Should you encounter any issues or have any concerns while on our staff team, we ask that you contact the appropriate people that handle these concerns.
The Middle Rank Team (Bakery Assistants through General Managers) should be contacted if:
- You need a troller handled
- You need an exploiter handled
- General questions regarding the group
- Issues with our Pastry Chefs and Customers
The High Rank Team (Executive Assistant through Chief Administrative Officers) should be contacted for:
- Issues with our Management
- Questions about Recruitment
- Questions regarding Events and Alliances
- Ban Appeals/Revokes
The Super Rank Team (Vice President, President, or Owners) can be contacted for:

Rank Progression
Customer to Pastry Chef can be acquired by attending one training session in the main-game by pressing the training button in the menu.
Leveling Up
To level up as a Pastry Chef, you will have to make orders and get XP. The guide to leveling up can be found in-game. The levels for each rank can be found below!

Joining the Management Team
The Recruitment Department is always on the lookout for active and dedicated Pastry Chefs to join the Middle Rank Team. If you are interested in joining our Middle Rank Team, see the criteria below!
Consistent Activity at the Bakery
When looking for Pastry Chefs to promote to Bakery Assistant, the Recruitment Department looks for those who actively play our game on a consistent basis. We recommend shifting 30+ minutes daily rather than five hours on one day out of the week but not continuing that activity for the rest of the week.
Following the Code of Conduct
When looking for candidates, we look for those who actively try to adhere to our code of conduct. We are looking for people who follow our rules, because after all, we’re looking for role models! That said, we do not consider those who also have recent disciplinary action for a promotion.
Verified in Our Discord
We require everyone who is interested in a promotion to be in our Discord server.
We use Discord to communicate with our staff team, and thus, we require them to be on the server to improve communication.

Ban Appeal Information
To appeal a Discord server ban, you must message a High Rank after 1 week passes from your consequence. We cannot guarantee that you will be unbanned as we hold standards to the detail you put into your appeal. Once you respond to all the questions below, you may forward it to any High Rank and you may expect a response within 48 hours. There may be instances where your appeal is automatically declined due to the severity of its reason or your consequence not being applicable at this moment.

Alliance Information
If you are interested in applying to Sprinklify as an alliance, you may message a member of Public Relations answering the application questions that are listed below. Once you send an application, we will get back to you at our earliest convenience, there is no need to ask for updates as we will be thoroughly reviewing and discussing your application. Ensure that you meet our guidelines and note that Sprinklify does have the right to deny your group if we believe it will not be beneficial towards us.
Requirements & Regulations
- Your group must have a bare minimum of 50% non-botted members of Sprinklify’s member count in your group. Additionally, your establishment must have 5,000 Discord members. If your group does not meet our requirements, we have the right to decline your application. We do allow exceptions on rare occasions, as long as your group shows organization and consistent activity.
- A good reputation overall within the Roblox community and Discord platform. If there is any bad history within your establishment, it will result in a failure of your application.
- A stable operational group. If the group is inactive or does not grow within the formation of the affiliation, it will result in a possible termination. We do not accept solely clothing groups.
- 2 representatives must be present in our communications server. If one of your representatives leave, it is your responsibility to assign another one to our group.
- Your group must comply with Roblox’s TOS and Discord’s TOS. If your group was locked or your Communications Server was deleted due to not complying with the platform’s TOS, it will result in termination.
- Both groups must be committed to the affiliation. If there is no commitment between both groups, it will result in termination.
- Sprinklify has the right to deny your group if it we do not deem it to be beneficial in the long-run or does not qualify to our Public Relations Department’s standards.

How do I stay up to date about Sprinklify news?
Our Discord updates its members on everything related to Sprinklify. Whether it’s events, development teasers, announcements, or updates, we keep our community aware of everything!
How do I get a job at Sprinklify?
Are you excited to start your career at Sprinklify? In order to join our staff team, you’ll need to attend a training session and pass it to be officially promoted to Pastry Chef. Our training sessions are scheduled at specific times. To find our session times, refer to the Bakery, or simply join our Discord for a quick and clear overview!
There are people being disruptive at the bakery, what do I do?
If you encounter someone being disruptive in the bakery, you must verbally tell them to stop. If their behavior doesn’t change, contact a member of our Middle Rank Team to handle the situation accordingly. Any rank starting from Bakery Assistant has the ability to issue punishments, so be sure to reach out to them for support!
Somebody is exploiting, what should I do?
Contact an MR to deal with the situation, no reminders or warnings are needed beforehand.
I have some great ideas that I think would make Sprinklify an even better place, how do I suggest those changes?

How do I become a Bakery Assistant?
Bakery Assistant is the first Middle Rank position. This rank comes with privileges and abilities that allow you to moderate the game, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. To become a Bakery Assistant, you must first obtain Pastry Chef, which is a staff position. In order to make the transition from Pastry Chef to Bakery Assistant, you must stand out by contributing activity and hard work. You have a chance at being recruited by our Recruitment Department if you meet our requirements.
