About The Job
We’re looking for hardworking, experienced, and talented people to join our developer team to make a restaurant game for our Community. We’re looking for Builders, Scripters, UI Designers and GFX Artist. We expect high quality builds that adhere to our game’s style [Low-poly builds]. Good communication skills are appreciated; we check team progress daily and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.
We haven’t start any progress yet as were really need for a good and trusted developers.
Any Robux you earn while working with our team is 100% DevEx eligible and will be paid directly to you through the group.
We will be paying 10k to 50k Robux when the progress of the game is doing good so far. [May Increase sooner or later] Each Team Member will have their own profits.

Upon applying, you are required to show some of your works or your portfolio.
You are lacking information on specific jobs, and payment. First you should explain in detail what type of developers you are hiring, and how many of each type. Then you should list the exact/range of percents per each type of developer.
I think I could add on the that a little as well. What are you expecting the builders/modelers to build? It’s a low poly theme but an example of an item you may want built would be helpful.
It seems that you are implying you can only pay when the game has generated a profit, instead of paying upfront. Many times role-play game like cafes and restaurants are unoriginal and therefore hard to turn a profit and grow. What are you doing differently that can ensure you will be able to pay when the time comes, instead of just offering a percentage?
