- You are in good standing within our community and our current business partnerships.
- Your ROBLOX account has not been banned and has been created more than 30 days ago.
Some job openings/positions we offer may have even more requirements such as specific age requirements, previous experience in a specific field, or even hold a current rank within the group. BARISTA
Our baristas are the ones behind the counter crafting the drinks and fulfilling orders for our customers. They also have other generic responsibilities such as cleaning up spills left in the lobby, restocking supplies, and of course making sure our customers are happy and attended to.
To apply for Barista follow these steps as numbered below:
- Join our Application Centre and fill out the application. You must get at least seven questions correct in order to pass. Once you pass, you will receive the rank of Barista-in-Training
- Pass a basic training session at our Training Centre guided by an NPC instructor, this will go over basic order handling, cleaning spills, and making orders. DISCLAIMER: Trainings are currently disabled until our new system is developed, for now ask a fellow barista questions on how to handle orders or use the in-game Order Handling Guide (this can be found on the bulletin board).
- After you pass your training session you will receive the rank of Barista.
SECURITY GUARD
Our security team are the highly-trained professionals who actively monitor and patrol the coffee shop for disruptive customers, protecting high-ranking employees, and ensuring the coffee shop does not fall into chaos. They are issued special equipment to help handle certain situations that may require desparate measures.
For you to become a Security Guard one must meet extended requirements like having a PC or Laptop to play on, experience in combat and handling heated situations, and overall be able to remain active every week.
To become a Security Guard, one most attend a publicly-hosted tryout or request a private tryout with either the Security Lieutenant or Security Commander. Once you pass your Security Tryout you will receive more information on what to do next.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Our maintenance team are the skilled handy workers that keep the lights on and the coffee machines running without any setbacks. They act as both a quasi-roleplay and quality assurance position reporting bugs or issues directly to our development team while also fixing certain objects around the coffee shop.
This position has extra requirements such as having basic studio knowledge, previous or current experience in development or quality assurance, and the ability to actively attend testing sessions at least once a month.
To apply for this position, join our Communications Server and check the careers section. Then look for the Maintenance Apprentice application. Your apprenticeship will last a week and will go over the basics of our QA Testing and Maintenance Team fundamentals with the Maintenance Supervisor or Foreman.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
A shift supervisor is a part of our management team and they are the keyholders entrusted with actively managing customers and staff members down at our coffee shop. They manage shifts and handle misconduct from our players. They receive extensive training to become a fully-pledged member of management.
In order to join our management team you must also meet these requirements:
Have no current or previous severe infractions (i.e. bans, terminations, or demotions).
Have reliable access to a PC/Laptop/Tablet/Phone and internet access.
Possess a Google Account to be whitelisted to specific documents and guides.
Experienced in the management of businesses or a team of five or more people.
The ability to de-escalate situations and communicate issues properly.
Basic knowledge of admin commands and how they are properly used.

You will then be required to go through a text or voice interview within our coffee shop. If you are selected to move forward, you will start a five day internship with our Staffing Department and hold the rank of Intern, after you pass you will be fully promoted to Shift Supervisor.
