StarCrypt - Code Obfuscator

Hello everyone,

I’ve been working on a multi-language code obfuscation platform , which currently includes a fairly advanced Luau obfuscator .

You can check it out here: https://starcrypt.starsolenterprise.com

I’d also like to put the Luau obfuscator to the test and challenge experienced reverse engineers to analyze and deobfuscate its output . If you’re confident in your reverse-engineering skills, feel free to give it a shot.

The other supported languages are still under active development, so their obfuscation may currently produce incomplete or unfinished results. For this challenge, I recommend focusing specifically on Luau.

In this challenge, you can use any resource you want, including AI. The goal is that the code will be uncrackable even with modern technology, so anytime you are able to crack it, it’s essential that we are able to be aware and further-encrypt the code. We are also always improving our technology to protect your finest and most valuable lines of code.

Here is an example of the obfuscated output (it was too large to put here): StarCrypt - Obfuscation Example - Pastebin.com

I’m particularly interested in seeing how far experienced reverse engineers can get, what techniques they use, and where the obfuscator’s weaknesses are.

Good luck.

Can you explain simple I have no clue what your saying

Do you understand what code obfuscation is? This is an introduction to one of our new services “StarCrypt”, and although other languages are still ongoing their obfuscation development, our Lua & Luau is beyond the strongest of it’s obfuscation. We are also challenging people to try to decompile an example of our obfuscation, that we have listed from pastebin.

the behavior is

    pcall(function()
        task.wait()
    end)
end

Nope, nice guess though :slight_smile: The originally functionality and source is very different.
