Section 12- An Introduction to the State Patrol Internal Affairs Process
The Office of the Internal Affairs (I.A.) is a division of the State Highway Patrol that’s the primary goal is remaining Trooper integrity. The I.A. is one of the many things that separate us from other agencies for we actively take and handle complaints against our own Troopers. We ensure that every complaint, be it from a civilian against a Trooper or a Trooper against another Trooper is thoroughly investigated.
