SECTION 1: Sentencing
Infraction: Only fine.
Misdemeanor: 300 Seconds (5 Minutes).
Felony: 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
SECTION 2: Definitions
Class 1 weapon: Handguns.
Class 2 weapon: Semi automatic rifles and short barreled shotguns.
Class 3 weapon: Sniper Rifle, high calibre or automatic rifle.
Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, and marijuana.
Government Property: Any property issued to a public servant.
Public Official A person who was appointed, nominated, or elected into a position in the government.
Public Servant A person who works for the government.
Peace Officer: Police Officer, Trooper, Sheriff’s
Conspiracy: Agrees with one or more other people to commit a crime, and one of them commits an overt act in furtherance of that agreement.
RICO: Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
Racketeering: Crimes committed through extortion or coercion.
Corrupt Organization: An organization that has overtly engaged in criminal actions as a criminal group.
SECTION 3: GUIDELINES
Aiding and Abetting: All persons that help in the commission of a crime are guilty of such crime. Charged for the full time of crimes aided.
Attempt: All persons that attempt a crime are guilty of such crime.
Conspiracy - Felony: Agrees with one or more other people to commit a crime, and one of them commits an overt act in furtherance of that agreement.
- Charge with full time of felony that would have been committed.
- If murder, charge for First Degree as conspiring murder shows intent to kill another person and a mental state equivalent
to deliberation and premeditation.
Built-up areas: 55 mph
Highway: 80 mph
RICO Act: The ability to extend criminal penalties and civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. This allows the leaders of syndicates or corrupt organizations to be charged for crimes they have ordered others to commit or assisted in completing. IE. Leader instructs follower to commit murder. Both parties can be charged with first degree murder if it is proven that the perpetrator was instructed to do so.
Court: Any charges over 30 months will be layed over to court. All charges brought to court are 4x time and fine. Max court time that can be issued is 1 week without admin approval. For charges over 30 months (IE Murder) - send the suspect away for 30 months with the reason; Preliminary Holding for “List Charges Here”. I.E Preliminary Holding for 1st Degree Murder / Aggravated Assault.

- Felony

- Attempts to commit a violent injury upon a Peace Officer.
Battery:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes)
- Willfully and unlawfully uses force on another person.
Battery on a Peace Officer:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes)
- Willfully and unlawfully uses force on a Peace Officer.
Involuntary Manslaughter:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Recklessly or accidentally kills another person.
Vehicular Manslaughter:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Recklessly or accidentally kills another person while driving a motor vehicle.
Voluntary Manslaughter:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Recklessly or accidentally kills another person with intent to physically hurt the person.
Second Degree Murder:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Kills another person with the intent to kill.
Second Degree Murder on a Peace Officer:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Kills a peace officer with the intent to kill.
First Degree Murder:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Kills another person with the intent to kill with premeditation and deliberation.
First Degree Murder on a Peace Officer:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Kills a peace officer with the intent to kill with premeditation and deliberation.
Unlawful Imprisonment:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes)
- Restricts a person’s movement within any area without justification or consent.
Kidnapping:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Abducts another person and holds them against their will for an extended period of time.
Criminal Threats:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes)
- Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or bodily injury to another person.
Aggravated Assault:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Attempts to commit a violent injury upon another person with a deadly weapon.
Reckless Endangerment:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes)
- Disregard for one’s own life or the life of another.
OFFENSES INVOLVING THEFT
Petty Theft:
- Infraction
- $1,000 fine
- Steals property in the value of less than $1,000 from another person
Grand Theft:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes)
- Steals property in the value of more than $1,000 from another person.
Grand Theft Auto:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Unlawfully taking a vehicle belonging to another, or driving the vehicle without the owners consent, with the intent to permanently or temporarily deprive the owner of the vehicle
Tampering With a Vehicle:
- Misdemeanor
- 300 Seconds (5 Minutes).
- No person shall either individually or in association with one or more other persons, willfully injure or tamper with any vehicle or the contents thereof or break or remove any part of a vehicle without the consent of the owner.
Robbery:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Theft of money or property from an individual or business.
Aggravated Robbery:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Theft of money or property from an individual or institution including the use or threat of a weapon.
Store Robbery:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Theft of money or goods from a convenience store.
Bank Robbery:
- Felony
- 900 Seconds (15 Minutes).
- Robs or attempts to rob a bank or financial institution.
