LICENSES
Drivers Licenses
To correctly and legally drive, you must obtain a driver’s license at the local DMV. It only cost 25 dollars. If you fail to maintain a drivers license during a traffic stop, you can be fined or even arrested.
Firearms License
To correctly and legally wield a firearm, you must obtain a firearm’s license at the county sheriff’s office or firearm store. If you fail to maintain a firearms license and you have a firearm, you can be arrested.
Community Guidelines
During your time with Annisburg County, we expect you to follow all guidelines and terms of service. This is a caring and safe community, and we look to keep it that way.
The actions undertaken by our vigilant moderators and staff, in alignment with the Roblox Community Standards Policy, are considered final and beyond dispute. We present the following guidelines to illuminate the expectations of our player community.
Violating these standards will lead to appropriate moderation measures, and in cases of grave violations or breaches of terms of service, may culminate in permanent suspension.
Threats of Violence - Moderate Users are forbidden from making idle threats or threats that could lead to actual harm, including inciting attacks against individuals or their property.
Bullying and Harassment - Moderate Targeting and subjecting a user or group to ridicule or abuse is prohibited, as is engaging in sexual harassment.
Suicide and Self-Harm - Mild/Moderate Providing details of suicide methods or depicting instances of self-harm, or any content supporting or glorifying self-harm, is not permitted.
Terrorism and Violent Extremism Content - Severe Depictions of, or support for, terrorist or extremist acts, leaders, slogans, or symbols, as well as recruiting for such organizations or fundraising in their support, is strictly prohibited.
Discrimination, Slurs, and Hate Speech - Moderate/Severe We embrace a diverse user base and do not tolerate any form of derogation, threats, or attacks against individuals or groups based on factors including race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, and more.
Dating and Romantic Content - Mild Animated romantic gestures and romanticized content in the form of chat or voice chat are not permitted.
Extortion and Blackmail - Severe Extortion, involving threats of revealing personal information, taking over accounts, submitting false abuse reports, or causing real-life harm, is expressly prohibited.
Real-World Tragic Events - Mild/Moderate Recreating real-life tragic events or protest movements, such as Black Lives Matter, is forbidden. Likewise, incorporating real-world tragic incidents into the game risks violating Roblox’s terms of use.
Exploiting - Severe Engaging in game exploitation, including manipulating scripts to alter gameplay, will result in permanent banishment without the possibility of appeal.

Game Guidelines
ADMINISTRATORS
Administrators are held to a very strict guideline in the Harborview community. They have a set list of commands they can use and are expected to only use them when necessary. If you believe you are being treated unfairly by an admin, or were unreasonably disciplined, contact Head Administrator AmariGXL.
FAIL ROLEPLAY
Fail Roleplay (FRP) is when a user takes advantage of unrealistic aspects of the game to make the gameplay unfair for others. Members will be warned for committing a Fail Roleplay, and will correct their issue. Members who fail to acknowledge will be server banned. Members with repeat offenses will be trello banned and will need to appeal in order to resume playing content in Harborview. Members who use an alternative account to bypass this will be trello banned and will not be able to appeal it. To keep FRP simple, if it can not be done in real life, then it can not be done in Harborview. The following is considered FRP:
- Civilian/Police Officer flipping their car back on its tires during a pursuit
- A Civilian intentionally targeting a user to negatively impact their gameplay
- ATM Robbery/Bank Heist spam (if solo)
- Using a taser at an unrealistic distance
- Using a shotgun at an unrealistic distance
- Complete disregard for any rules set in place
- Using third party software to gain advantage over others
- Spam flipping car to reach places that are not supposed to be reached
- Blatant refusal to comply with an admin’s command in game
- Civilians shooting/aiming a weapon while in the driver seat
- Using the “!help” command for no reason
The following is NOT considered FRP:
- Flipping your car back on its tires while not engaged in a pursuit
- Law Enforcement using a taser to tase someone in a vehicle as to deal with a FRP civilian
- Intentionally interrupting a completed roleplay session
