Hey Creators,
We’re happy to introduce an exciting feature that will help you collaborate with others: Email Digests for Studio Comments.
No more missing important conversations. Now you can receive email updates about comment activity happening in your places directly in your email inbox. This means you can stay on top of feedback and jump back into your projects faster, even when you’re not in Studio.
How It Works
This feature is designed to be helpful, not distracting. You’ll receive an email digest that recaps recent activity most relevant to you.
Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:
What you’ll see: Each email digest provides a simple overview of comment activity per place. This includes mentions, replies, and resolutions. Simply click “View in Studio” to go directly to the thread in Studio.
You’re in control: Mentions and reply notifications are on by default, while resolution notifications are off. You can easily opt in or out of these events to tailor the notifications to your workflow in Creator Hub > Settings > Notifications. You can also unsubscribe from a specific place or thread in Studio if you don’t need updates.
When You’ll Be Notified
- Mentions: When someone mentions you in a comment, i.e. “@username”.
- Replies: When someone comments in a thread that you previously replied to or were mentioned in.
- Resolves: When someone resolves a thread that you previously replied to or were mentioned in.
Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning of how we plan to improve communication and collaboration in Team Create. We want to ensure email digests are helpful, not spammy.
We’re rolling this out gradually over the next few weeks, so everyone will have access to the feature soon. In the meantime, we’d love for you to try it out and share your feedback. Your input helps us build the tools you need to create your best work.
