What is Steakiéz and how does it compare?

Steakiéz is a brand new restaurant in the Roblox industry that strives in providing the best experience for each and every one of our members. We want to ensure that everyone gets the best service, food, and music while you are at our restaurant, as well as allowing our community to have their opinion in our business. We are so excited to release our new restaurant, so why not join the community and get started by getting some food or applying!

Group Guidelines

At Steakiéz, we strive in giving each and every one of our members an experience to remember. To do so, our company has established a set of guidelines to ensure that everyone is having fun while maintaining a safe experience. While this is a broad set of guidelines, there are more listed in various areas of our group.
Please follow these guidelines at all times to ensure that you are enjoying your experience. Failure to do so could result in further administrator action.

At all times, you are to follow all guidelines set in by the Steakiéz Corporation. With that, you are to follow all rules and terms set by Roblox as well.
Please show kindness and respect to everyone, no matter their rank, race, ethnicity, gender, etc.
Freedom of Speech is granted to each and every one of our members, but please be mindful of this rule and do not abuse it.
Show trust in everyone and yourself. Everything that is done on your account is your responsibility, even if it was done by someone else. It is YOUR account.
There are no refunds for game passes or products, as Roblox doesn’t provide that option. All purchases are FINAL.
Refrain from swearing in our games, as there are younger kids that reside in our games and group.

The rules are for EVERY member in the group, no matter their rank. Please follow these rules, or further administrator action may follow.

Infractions

If you decide to violate any of our rules or guidelines (this includes ANY platform we have, not just Roblox), you may be involved with administrator action. These infractions could be as followed:

Warning
Suspension
Kick/Ban from our Platforms
Permanent Ban from our Platforms
Demotion from our company
Exile from our group

Sessions

As of February 23, 2021, we will not be doing sessions for a period of time. As our group grows, we will be implementing sessions when it would be necessary, but for now, we will begin with applications. We are hoping to do interviews and training sometime by late April or early May, but it depends on how the group is proceeding at that time.

Ranks/Jobs

At Steakiéz, we want to provide a diversity of roles and jobs that our members may work at while they reside within our company. These roles go from things that our customers are, staffing jobs that will help prepare food for our customers, and executive roles that will help manage our company. All the roles and their duties will be listed here, so you are aware of what each rank will do.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all responsibilities for each rank will be posted here as some of that information will remain private.

Customers

[1] Steakiéz Customer - A regular customer that has no other benefits than a Guest besides having the opportunity to apply for a job and post on the Group Wall.
[X] Suspended - These are members who have violated our or Roblox guidelines in some way. This could be temporary or permanent.

Staff

[2] Staff in Training - These are members who have passed our staff application. They need to go through training so they know how to manage their job.
[3] Host/Hostess - This is the first role that people will obtain once they pass trainings. Host/Hostess are the ones who manage to greet customers once they walk in and directing them to a table.
[4] Waiter/Waitress - These are people who have passed the second round of training. They will be taking orders from already seated customers and be using the ordering system to send them to the chefs.
[5] Chef - These people will be claiming orders in the kitchen from the Waiter/Waitresses and be creating the desired food for the customer. Once they do that, they will be handing them to the customer so they may enjoy their food.
[6] Senior Staff - These are members who have passed all four trainings and have shown true dedication to our company. Members of the Senior Staff role are permitted to work at any position they desire (Low Ranks, not Middle Ranks or higher), and are eligible to be recommended for the Interview Assistant position.

Middle Ranks

[7] Interview Assistant - Interview Assistants are members who have been promoted from Senior Staff. They will now go through our Middle-Rank training process to understand how a middle rank will handle the group. They will receive moderator positions at the restaurant to help moderate and will be eligible for the Assistant Manager position if they pass trainings.
[8] Assistant Manager - Assistant Managers are members who have passed Middle-Rank training. Assistant Managers will be tasked with assisting Managers with any task they need, overseeing the restaurant to make sure all customers and staff are doing their job, and be assisting at sessions (once they are out).
[9] Management - Management members will be tasked with most of the same responsibilities that Assistant Managers are tasked with. Although, they will be working on more private management tasks restricted to the roles themselves, and may ask any Assistant Manager for assistance if needed.
[10] General Manager - General Managers are tasked with overseeing the Interview Assistants as they proceed through their trainings. As well, they are able to recommend hard-working Senior Staff for the role of Interview Assistant and are able to Co-Host sessions once they are released.

High Ranks

[11] Executive Assistant - Executive Assistants are the first role within the high-rank team. Executive Assistants are tasked with hosting sessions, as well as co-hosting, promoting people at sessions, and assisting the higher-ranks with any tasks they need. Executive Assistants will go through a brief training so they may understand what to do as the roles above them.
[12] Chief Staff Officer - Chief Staff Officers are tasked with even more responsibilities with their new role. CSO’s are tasked with everything Executive Assistants do, although, CSO’s are now in the Staffing Department. They will be able to promote hard-working members of our group all the way to General Manager if they see them worthy of their role, and they will manage most of the Staffing Department with their role.
[13] Chief Operational Officer - Chief Operational Officers are tasked with managing the Operations Department, which manages relations with other groups, and other staff requirements. They will also be tasked with reporting major incidents to the Chief Administrative Officers if an investigation must take place.
[14] Chief Administrative Officer - Chief Administrative Officers are the highest obtainable role by anyone in our group. CAO’s are tasked with everything that COO (Chief Operational Officers) can do, as well as managing the administration department, which manages staffing, managing, operational, relations with other groups, game nights, and investigations. They will also be tasked with assisting the Vice President as well as the President & CEO with any tasks they may request.

Developers

[15] Developer/BOTS - Developer/BOTS are members of the development team who assist with major parts of development within our Roblox group. As well, the “BOTS” part will be for robots that will help manage other parts of our group.

Administration

[16] Vice President - The Vice President is NOT an obtainable role by anyone. This role is reserved for “diesebby”. The Vice President manages the overall administration and operations of the group, as well as development, and will help with the President & CEO at any time.
[17] President & CEO - The President & CEO is frxnvch. The President & CEO is the head of the entire company and will work with the rest of the administration.

Partnerships

As of February 23, 2021, Steakiéz is not accepting any partnership requests. This is due to the fact that our group is still very small and in development, and we are not able to handle partnerships or alliances with other groups. We are hoping to begin our partnership program on May 1, but this may be adjusted at any time.
