Hey, I made this game back in january and some things happened since then that made me uncopylock this.

This game is exactly like the minecraft minigame Speed Builders, I always found it really fun and that made me wanna make this, hopefully someone can use it for something good.

If you are curious on why i’m doing it, here’s the explanation:
I was trying to make this a popular game, so I got sosmeone I knew to do the marketing (it was horrible btw), i agreed to put the game in his group (SHOULDN’T HAVE DONE THAT) and that lead to him selling the game and group to someone behind my back (I didn’t get anything AND I TOLD HIM NOT TO SELL IT MULTIPLE TIMES), so now i’m here giving the game for free and hoping the stolen game doesn’t get popular.

Also something funny is that the guy that bought the game banned me from the group after i called him out xD

The guy that stole the game from me is @Bad_Omenzz (he changed his username to Pazreth on roblox, devfolrum is not up to date)

That is terrible, man! Kudos to you for uploading it despite all the hard work as a slap in the face to the other dude who seems very disingenuous. Wishing the best to you going forward, don’t give up!

Such a shame that they stole your game and used AI to make the thumbnails. :wilted_flower:

However, it is good to examine the deal that you made and interpret the words you used. If you didn’t give him explicit ownership of the game (putting the game under the group doesn’t count as explicit ownership) then you have the right to “revoke” his license to the game and DMCA it.

Also why contracts are good but copyright for creative works exist immediately when the work is in a tangible form. You own that copyright.

(Also I’m not a lawyer so consult one)

Getting your game stolen and then making it free for anyone to take isn’t the smartest idea if you’re wanting him to get punished.

Roblox REALLLLLY doesn’t like this. Even calling out someone for something like that can get the post taken down. Sorry to hear that happened, been in a situation like that before.

I already tried contacting roblox support a few times and didnt get any response, atleast i can make the guy have wasted his money by giving out my game for free

It’s also pretty scummy to tell people to report a group and game when we haven’t stole anything since we did not know it was stolen

He really can’t do anything relating to copyright since we changed the game drastically on how bad it was scripted

the only thing yall changed was moving the match to another place to add matchmaking, adding cashgrab stuff and freebuild, literally everything else is made by me

you really dont know whats changed behind the code, the only thing we did not change is the ui and we plan on redoing it all

meaning by this so you know whats been done and not done is the lobby is still the same i think, and the ui is the same but all of that will be gone soon, and so we can redo the bad coding that existed before
