I want to have solid parts not block the camera whilst not having their transparency affected.
the transparency is being affected, mostly because the only options for DevCameraOccolisionMode being the really annoying zoom in or making parts transparent when it feels like it, not even just ones blocking the view.
I’ve tried looking on a web browser for answers, and most are about basically doubling the number of objects I need so there’s non-collidable and invisible collidable ones or setting it to the aforementioned zoom option, neither are good options for what I want to achieve.
Anyone know of something that works that doesn’t take redoing my entire game?

I’ve tried looking into how you can disable it through the PlayerModule, however for some reason the CameraModule returns a blank table so you can’t access it during runtime. You could copy & paste the PlayerModule into StarterPlayerScripts and change the properties of the camera module, however afaik this will mean that if Roblox updates the player script tech later down the line, your game will still be using the old one? But it works well now and you might want to manually review future updates anyway.
Here’s a post about it
