Kind of a similar situation to this, but seems more inlined with around lighting.
For some reason, I have noticed that in my specific game (Haddock Tech computer core | Play on Roblox), there is a graphical bug that seems to happen with surfacelights depending on the quality level you set in the menu as demonstrated below;

Part of my speculations are there could be a unchecked issue for mobile-end devices with the newer addition to lighting range (120). However, this remains uncertain.

Repro steps: gradually increasing from 1-10 and seeing how it looks on each parts before going up to see when the pixelation/graphical issues start to happen.
Update: I have found that changing the angle on surface light seems to make the pixelation bug actually change.

Samsung galaxy S25 Ultra
SM-S938U
Resolution: 1440 x 3120 pixels (QHD+)
Refresh Rate: 120Hz adaptive
Brightness: 2600 nits (peak)
Chipset: Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy
CPU: Octa-core (up to 4.47 GHz)
RAM: 12 GB
OS: Android version 16
Roblox mobile App version: 2.694.983
Expected behavior
What should be happening is there should not be any weird flickers, nor any weird graphical bugs that are arising as a result.

Yes, I indeed still seem to be seeing the same issue.
I also wanted to note that I do not know how to provide a repro file–especially in terms of this with knowing it’s on android mobile.
