Hello, I’ve been seeing some strange colored stars appearing on mobile at night time.

im 95% sure this is intended, this is called twinkling and it happens in real life 
That might be wrong but this issue doesn’t happen on PC, im sure this only happens on mobile devices.
It happens on PC and Mac as well, and at all graphics quality settings. Approximately 20% of the stars in the sky are twinklers with animated brightness and color.
I joined your place but it is set to daytime so I’m unable to verify your issue. Please provide a place the reproduces the issue. Thanks!
