Strange Unknown Error Regarding MarketplaceService

Hi all, I have recently discovered an issue within my game via an automatic bug catcher I wrote. However, this is no conventional issue; as it seems to be related to the MarketplaceService API.

You may view the error here:

MarketPlace::UserOwnsGamePassAsync: Parsed invalid JSON: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"/>
<title>404 - File or directory not found.</title>
<style type="text/css">

background-color:#555555;}
#content{margin:0 0 0 2%;position:relative;}
.content-container{background:#FFF;width:96%;margin-top:8px;padding:10px;position:relative;}
-->
</style>
</head>
<body>
<div id="header"><h1>Server Error</h1></div>
<div id="content">
 <div class="content-container"><fieldset>
  <h2>404 - File or directory not found.</h2>
  <h3>The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.</h3>
 </fieldset></div>
</div>
</body>
</html>

    Stack Begin
    Script 'ServerScriptService._S.Marketplace.Gamepass', Line 60 - function TryAll
    Script 'ServerScriptService._S.Marketplace.Gamepass', Line 140
    Stack End

As you can see, it’s very strange and seems to be something related to HTML / XML. The line it is located on uses a simple MarketplaceService:UserOwnsGamePassAsync() method call. Could I wrap it in a pcall? Yes. Will this solve the problem? Not really. The issue here is that the failure to receive information regarding whether a player owns a gamepass hinders my game’s ability to grant special items to them when they join.

I also see similar errors such as:
Error fetching MarketplaceService receipts: HTTP 503 (Service Unavailable)
In my bug catcher’s feed. Is MarketplaceService acting out of order for anybody else or is it just me?

If anyone has had similar errors and knows how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Regards,
bricknemesis
