Hi, could you please share some more details?

What version of Roblox are you running? You can go to Menu → Help, and then post the version numbers shown at the bottom of the screen:

Can you share the place ID of the experience where you were seeing this behavior? And the steps required to reproduce this.

I can try, It only occurs sometimes in my own game client but I’ve been getting several reports on it.

It will also be useful if you can note when this issue was first observed.

The first report i’ve gotten was only a couple hours ago

Thanks. I suspect this might be related to a new terrain feature. We’ve turned it off for your place.

I will follow up later to determine how we can guarantee that this feature is going to work correctly with your experience.

Should I restart my game’s servers or will it automatically adjust

Just got reports from a few players that requesting preload streaming radius around a non-loaded position seems to crash the client (not responding, the grey screen and blue spinning cursor)

I dont have any repro steps other than that.

This may have been fixed, last issue was reported to me 40 mins ago.

It’s a client change so no need to restart game servers.

Can confirm this is also happening in Dungeon Quest. Started getting reports today.
Game Link: [🏴‍☠️] Dungeon Quest! ⚔️ RPG Adventure - Roblox

Terrain takes a long time to load when preloading a streamed in area and constantly alters its appearance. Random water blocks of terrain are appearing across the lobby. Sometimes terrain fails to load completely causing users to fall through the map.

I have a 100% reproduction rate on new servers.

Hello, I am also having issues with it.

It is creating huge blocks of water around the map.

Thank you.

My players are also reporting this same issue. We are experiencing random water artifacts in different places around the map.

Can you take a look at this issue again? I would like it turned off for my place as well, as we are experiencing artifacts.

We do not use any terrain functions such as PasteRegion(), CopyRegion(), FillRegion(), etc.

The feature is turned of everywhere while we investigate Players will need to restart their Client.

You can restart your game servers to ensure that everybody rejoins.
