Basically for some reason after a StreamingMesh (Behavior: Opportunistic) fully loads in it’s normal quality (Lod0/default) it doesn’t get lowered again after you go further and stays the same LOD0 quality no matter how far away
As seen in the video exactly at 1:34 there’s low quality LOD trees right infront of the trees that are default quality? So the lower LOD trees seen there are closer to me than the ones who are of full quality which are further
I’ve got the default settings for the StreamingEnabled (StreamingTargetRadius of 1024 which is very small, and i’m zoomed in looking across the map in the video way past 1024)
I’ve also noticed this happening and I’d like to note that it’s extremely annoying to deal with, what’s the point of having large maps if you explore them and your fps just dumps down by around 40%
