After a while working on my project. The interior structure is finished. And all i have left is to focus on adding furniture, prop, items, and decoration. However, i find myself struggling to think of a decoration layout on my building. Especially since its can be considered a huge building. I spent most of the time just thinking what should i add and how i achieve it. I played several games to get inspiration (and procastinate, of course why not). Yet, i still got myself on a slow process doing it.
Do you guys have any tips on decorating and furnituring a building? That could help me, and by mean, alot.

Judging from past experience. Someone might said : "Hey, the place is too dark, add lighting. But uh well. The building is too big some lighting dont render even with highest detail.
Some people might’ve seen this before. Since i have posted this before. But oh well
Maybe add some tools on the shelf. Or try putting conveyor belts in some places. I’m not the BEST with this kind of stuff. I more of do the base and a little detail but just wait a little more and someone can probably help you. Also you need to add lighting in some places cause its WAY to dark. Lol. Just kidding.
A good thing that’ll be helpful to use along the process will be using reference images to see what layout design your looking or wanting for such as finding decorations. Looking at what you’ve done so far, I can suggest the following:
This quite depends if your more going for those normal factory’s are something different from that try adding a bunch of things known items would be higher shelves with pallet wrap film on it so the boxes won’t fall. Looking at users builds or creations are another way of finding inspiration and things that inspire you to find a layout detail - materials there’s always different kind of approaches to take.
The Interior is large, so I’m assuming if you add just shelves it will have that repetitive feel always include different objects forklifts, pallet jack truck, electric order picker, machines and more along the lines. Right now, there’s much you can do with this experiment instill you find something you like.
Finding a layout design isn’t hard it just takes patients it may take time instill you find that perfect approach you want. Either such images of factory’s interior designs and see what there’s hold and see what you can do to make yours stand out (if that is already planned out). It’s good love the amount of effort put into this.
