Stuck on Ideas on Round Based Game

Created a round based game, but I am totally stuck on what to add to the game at this point. I was wondering if anyone could provide any ideas on how I could improve it?

Its currently a work in progress at the moment, and I have also not figured out how I want wins to be implemented. I left this game on the back burner while I’m working on different projects atm.

The game says I don’t have permission to play it.

oh im sorry, i may have set it to friends only, il ltry to fix that later

Game should be set to public now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyone have any ideas on what I should add? I was considering maybe making it a bit tense like bombs falling from the sky or lava flowing up possibly?

Of course, here are a few things which you can consider adding to your game:

  • Different maps with a voting system.
  • A GUI that notifies all Players in the server about the current round stats (e.g. time limit), or the winner of the previous round.
  • A longer intermission should be placed between rounds.
  • Your lobby could be improved tremendously. Perhaps try adding a obby, some interactive physics or just add a scenery like a park to your lobby, to add to its ambience.
  • You should make a Settings GUI to store this setting. It’s currently too small for the Player to see.

  • A brief tutorial on how the game works should be given to new Players, so they are able to understand the rules of the game. Make sure to include this in your game’s description too!
  • Shop GUI for players to spend their credits on, either on in-game titles, in-game icons and one-use items for sabotaging other Players.
  • Badges should be given to award the Player for reaching a certain game stat, to engage them.
  • Personally feel that for Spectators, a full-on Spectating GUI should be implemented for Spectators to be able to see Players in a round.
  • Would recommend you to switch to TextChatService for a more modern look for your game.
