Studio autosaves all changes on exit and does not prompt

Hello
Today the studio does not prompt for unsaved changes, when exiting and simply saves them.
Also I am getting a message in the output - “Connecting to server…”, although on top right there is a green circle icon saying “Connection is stable”

Any ideas?

the output is a History of all scripts/core scripts. So the “connecting to server” message is a old message printed by studio

So the message is not connected to the problem in this case
But the saving problem still exists… :slightly_frowning_face:

I recommend that, before exiting Studio, you save your game to a Backup File, so you don’t miss your progress. Here’s how you do this.

  1. Hit “File” and then hit “Save To File”.
  2. Select a location that you can remember in your Computer (for examples, your Documents).
  3. Change the name of the File to anything you want (optional).
  4. Hit “Save”.

After it, you will have a exclusive, backup file for that place.

I know how to backup my progress to a local file.
However I do not want my experience to be immediately autosaved when I close studio. The autosave normally happens in a different file, not directly in the original file.
The problem also continues today.
Each time when I close the experience in studio it directly creates a new “Place version” in the cloud.
What is interesting is that it affects only 1 of my experiences. All other ask for confirmation when there are unsaved changes.

Ok
it seems that the reason for this was the “Team create” option which was enabled by default.
When I turned it off, the Save prompt returned back to its normal behaviour…

Oh, that’s common with me. When you go publish a Roblox game, there is some sort of “Team Create” option in the bottom of the publishing window. To prevent these other windows from opening, which is annoying, I toggle this off. Try disabling Team Create before you hit the Publish button in the publishing window.

what im saying is that the message in the output is default so you dont have to worry about it
