Studio became very laggy on my end

This started happening yesterday or 7/5/25 and I use AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor CPU and an RTX 3050 GPU, why is Studio running at 30 FPS?

My PC is also pretty new, and the only change I see is that the explorer is lighter than before.

Explorer:

And my refresh rate for my monitor is 165hrtz and is set to 165hrtz, and I use HDR.

Also Studio is taking up about 2,200 megabytes of memory, IDK if that’s good or bad.

And Studio quality has always been set to 21 and is taking about 5% of CPU.

I haven’t added any scripts to my game.

I believe I use a 2K or 4K monitor.

What is going on?

Try changing your Graphics Mode in Studio Settings under Rendering and see which option fixes the problem, enable Frame Rate Manager too, see if that helps!

It didn’t work. IDK what started it.

Try using Vulkan and decreasing the rendering quality slightly, or simply reinstalling Studio to see if that resolves the issue.

I’m having the same issue. Although Roblox Studio launches normally, it doesn’t work properly. The camera moves jerkily, jumping quickly from frame to frame instead of moving smoothly. This happens even when running a new, empty experience, suggesting it could be a Studio-specific bug. In my case, the issue started today; yesterday everything was working fine.
