Studio camera odd behavior - playtesting and 3d view camera dependent on render thread

Camera is dependent on render thread, leading to spikes in deltaTime causing a dramatic exaggeration in movement, on lag spikes over twice the sensitivity.

Expected behavior

Camera is dependent on a separate thread for smoothness, and render is just a listener.
