Studio Freezes When Change Of Tool

I recently stumbled across a problem where I change my tool in studio (Ctrl + 1, 2, 3, 4) and studio freezes for 10 to 25 seconds and when it comes back to life I have the tool that I selected using the Ctrl+ command I used above

This is very annoying since I do a lot of design and have to change tool regularly
I hope this can be fixed :slight_smile:

I Can’t really help you, but you might want to put this in “Studio Bugs”. if you don’t know where that is, go to the “Bug reports” category and you should see it. the only advice i can give you is to reinstall roblox studio, or try restarting your computer.

Hello.
This is a problem I sometimes have. This is somewhat normal for the program.

What I suggest

  • Re-install Roblox Studio

  • Reset your Settings

  • Restart Studio

  • Restart your computer

As not to mention Roblox Studio is going to have bugs since they are continuously adding new things to it, and fixing stuff.

I would say you could post it in #bug-reports:studio-bugs but that is sadly only limited to Reguluar’s +.

Conclusion

Just try doing what @Synthlwave and I have said as it could just be something with your Studio that is causing this.
