Every single time I run a Play Solo / Run / any other kind of test, studio will, without fail, experience bizarre behavior which typically follows this structure:
Studio functions fine for a random amount of time under 1 minute
Studio suddenly begins to hang
The output is filled entirely with "Hello World"s with no source script given
The output is filled with errors and warnings about various CoreScripts
Finally studio will either A: Crash, or B: Continue to operate but with seemingly random CoreGui elements enabled (i.e. the old shiftlock icon or an entirely blue gui covering the screen)
In efforts to resolve this issue on my own i have tried:
Restarting my PC
Reinstalling studio
A crowbar
Disabling all beta features
Disabling all plugins
This occurs in every single place file I have tested it in ranging from a fresh baseplate to old projects
I was able to finally resolve this issue by fully deleting all files associated with Roblox and Roblox Studio and then reinstalling (More than just uninstalling through “Add or Remove Programs”). This along with the fact that nobody else seems to be having this issue leaves me inclined to believe that the issue may have been something localized to my machine.
I’ll wait for staff to give the final say though just in case something else was amiss.
