My 2 friends want to report a bug, when they try to join a game in studio, it says “Timeout on connect, unable to initialize Team create server: code 0”

A ticket was filed, but to begin the investigation, we need more information about it.
Can you ask them to provide a log? So we can investigate it right away!

Sometimes, in some places/games, the studio doesn’t open the game/place, or it keeps loading endlessly without warning. Also, if he waits about 5 minutes, it doesn’t load and sometimes the error message I mentioned earlier appears. (I don’t speak English, please excuse me if I made any mistakes)

And ask them to please send their files here Logs / Crash Dumps / Other Bug Files, or to a PM to me.
So I can assign an engineer to investigate this issue.
