As I was using Roblox Studio it randomly crashed. I have not been able to open it since, because I am receiving the error shown in the image below. I have tried resetting network config, disabling firewall and antivirus software, reinstalling studio, and restarting my computer; nothing has worked.

I am able to load other websites and applications on my network. Additionally, the Roblox website (in my browser) does load and I am able to join experiences normally. However, the Roblox desktop app will open, but nothing is loading. I have most beta features enabled, but I am not able to give an exact list because I cannot open studio to see.

System: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K (24 CPUs), ~3.4GHz ; NVIDIA RTX 4070 ; 32GB RAM ; Windows 11, DirectX 12

UPDATE: Just got back on my PC and studio now loads despite it not working before. I have no idea why that happened. Let me know if I should mark this as “fixed” or if more info is needed from me to try to diagnose why this happened.

Bumping here: it’s possible that it was blocked by firewall or internet policies. Maybe check those if it happens again

In my post I said I tried messing with this, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Randomly, I was able to access studio again.

it could be becouse of power saving i heard somewhere but i havent checked but seems pretty logical on windows
