Hi, I recently changed my rendering qualities in studio settings to 21, and I noticed that studio would just freeze like the picture below whenever I tried to run it. I changed it back, but still it stays the same whenever I try to open a game. What do I do?
Try Restarting Studio, or Updating Studio maybe?, or just uninstall and reinstall, and maybe you can open it in another device maybe.
I tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling it twice, still don’t know. I’ll try to open it on my laptop.
never thought of it but you might try just opening a very small game in hopes it works?
Do you have Studio Settings > Rendering > Graphics Mode set to No Graphics? If yes, that is the issue.
No, it’s at automatic. Also, my laptop’s getting fixed rn so I can’t try it out.
Go to File > Studio Settings > Rendering and Change the Graphics Mode
Set it to “Metal” on a Mac from 2012 or newer running macOS 10.11.6 or newer or on any Mac running macOS 10.15 or newer
Set it to “OpenGL” on a pre-2012 Mac or any Mac running macOS 10.11.5 or older
Set it to “Vulkan” on a Windows PC
Nothing happened, still freezes up.
Try resetting the all the Studio settings. You can do this by going to File > Studio Settings > Reset All Settings
