I recently got off Roblox Studio for a good 3 days and I came back to this https://gyazo.com/09abcf503b4d4e0bed3e7ac8ba0bd160. I have no idea what this is or how to fix it my explorer is completely empty and I just want my game to show.

You might want to reinstall ROBLOX and reinstall ROBLOX Studio.
If this doesn’t help I suggest making a support ticket with ROBLOX.

You may have accidentally dragged something to move the contents of the explorer.
Otherwise, reinstall studio as suggested by the replies above state.
Please only respond if you have a genuine solution. “Restart your PC” is not a solution.

Restarting your PC can sometimes help as it maybe it hasn’t started up right.
