Studio not opening at all

Resulting from what I believe was a Roblox outage last night, my studio app just completely fails to open. I have an extremely strong ethernet connection and I freshly installed both the Roblox app and Studio and both still fail to open. When I attempt to open the regular app, it gives me an error with “authentication failed.” I’m not sure whether this could be relating to studio not working or not.

Expected behavior

I expect studio to work as intended.

Update: After installing CloudFlare on my PC, for some reason the Roblox app and Roblox studio both work now. Previously, they were displaying Error Code 0: Failed to Authenticate. I wouldn’t say this is a solution but I’m putting this here incase anyone might find it useful.

is their another solution? i tried clearing the cache and so much other stuff and not working
