Studio suddenly lags massively.

Right. So just a couple of hours ago I opened roblox studio, and it suddenly began massively lagging. I have zero clue why,

but it just began really lagging. this happens both when i press “play” and while editing the game. something to note is that this happens on other games too, so the issue must be with the studio itself. I have tried restarting my pc, editing the roblox graphics settings (the windows 11 gpu preference for the app), even restarting my pc.
