Currently there’s only one buddy to choose from, which is Floppa! More may be added in the future, although not guaranteed.
This plugin is in very early stages of release, please report bugs or errors if you found any, even not, constructive suggestions and criticisms are welcomed!
You could perhaps make the environment more customizable, or add some mechanics such as getting rewards (like accessories for your StudioBuddy) for accomplishing certain milestones – for example, writing a certain number of lines.
It’s quite nice but I don’t really think it has developed enough to be worth $5 right now, maybe if you could make it actually do something or help the user it might be worth it.
It’s a cute idea, but it’s not worth the 5 dollars. I love these type of charming things yes, but ideally plugins are tools to practically help you in your projects, rather than being decorative, if that’s the right way to put it.
What would be interesting is if you made the buddy do certain actions to your projects, like handling macro keys for example or something. Until there’s actual practical use for it, I don’t see myself buying it, sorry.
I really hope that if you do continue the idea, it actually could be a useful tool for working on projects. I hope with what I said helped a bit,
