Management Team Promotion Requirements
To be considered for promotion into the Management Team, you must meet the following criteria:
• Maintain consistent activity in-game and within the community
• Demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and leadership
• Hold the required prior rank and meet promotion cooldowns
• Maintain a clean moderation record (no active warnings or strikes)
• Follow all Submarine protocols, rules, and expectations
• Show initiative in assisting staff and community members
Final promotion decisions are handled by Executive Leadership and are based on performance, conduct, and overall contribution.

To apply, you must first join our Roblox group.
After joining, head to the Application Center and complete the application.
2. How do I become a Management Member?
Management promotions are earned through activity, professionalism, and leadership.
Eligible members may also apply when Management applications are announced.
3. Is Submarine Restaurant for sale?
No. Submarine Restaurant will never be for sale.
4. How do I get support or report someone?
Open a ticket under Support > General Support.
To report a user, select Staffing & Ops.
5. When do higher-rank applications open?
Higher-rank and Executive applications open based on staffing needs and internal reviews.
6. How do I form an alliance?
Open a ticket under Public Relations > Alliance Inquiry and our PR team will assist you.

Training & Promotion Update — As of 2026
Submarine Restaurant no longer hosts traditional training sessions.
Instead, we use a fully application-based and performance-driven system:
• Players must apply through the Application Center
• Once all questions are completed, our systems review the application
• Approved applicants are promoted to Trainee
• Trainees progress by actively working in-game and serving customers
• Promotions are earned through effort, consistency, and performance — not trainings
This system ensures fairness, efficiency, and a smoother experience for all players.
