Subplace with no main experience universe cannot be added to another game via the “Add a Place” menu in groups

  1. Go to your game you want to add a place to.
  2. Select “Places”
  3. Press the “Add a Place” button
  4. Find a place that was a subplace originally, but removed from an experience. If the “Experience:” label shows “Experience: None”, press “Add Place”
  5. On both computer and mobile devices, pressing “Add Place” shows dialog “Unknown Error, please try again later”.

Expected behavior

If everything was working correctly, the place should be added just like how games with “Experience:” labels with stated universe places are able to be added to other places owned by the same group OR creator.

Hey! We need some more info, how did you get a place that is not part of a universe?

Hey! I removed the subplace from its original universe, thus leaving it with no main universe. This is an option through the Places menu, by pressing the subplace and “remove from experience”

Hey! I ran into the same problem! I removed the place from the main experience and can’t seem to add it back, getting the same error!
