My game was falsely put under review by moderation. We appealed and the game was restored in less than 12 hours.
After the game was restored, our subscription was missing from our game. In addition to every subscriber being auto-cancelled, the subscription is entirely gone from our game’s menu. It does not even appear in History:
We’ve added a fix to restore subscription products in cases like this. I’ve verified for this universe that the subscription in question should be viewable and configurable again from your creator dashboard.
