According to Creator Dashboard, the Server Crashes metric increased abruptly from 0 to approximately 30 crashes per 30-minute interval at around 07:00 on July 29, 2026, and later increased to approximately 45 crashes per interval. The dashboard currently shows an average of around 20 crashes per 30-minute interval.
We did not publish a new version of the experience around the time when the crash spike began.
A deployment marker also appears immediately before the spike began. However, the dashboard does not show any server memory snapshots despite the unusually high number of reported crashes.
Could you please investigate and confirm:
Whether these represent actual game server crashes or an analytics/reporting issue.
Whether the crashes are classified as Roblox platform crashes or server out-of-memory crashes.
Whether the spike is related to a Roblox game server rollout or platform update.
Which places or server versions are affected.
Whether there are any crash IDs, logs, or mitigation steps you can provide.
This issue may be disconnecting a significant number of players and negatively affecting our engagement metrics. We have attached a screenshot showing the crash spike and its timing.
Please escalate this to the relevant engineering team if necessary.
