SugarCrush Training Information
We believe in the importance of ongoing training and development for our team members. We offer comprehensive training programs to ensure that all of our staff are fully equipped to provide the best customer service possible.
Sessions and shifts are what keeps our community well active and maintained! During a shift, an HR+ will announce in #shifts in our discord server, including the link to our game. Whilst in a shift, we have many members of all ranks join our game, and allow for newcomers to be greeted by our staff and order some food. However, training is only for our staff members. Training sessions are posted 20-30 minutes prior to the session starting. You do not have to join right away, however make sure you come at least 5 minutes before the actual starting time to make sure you make it before we slock. Whilst the training is happening you will learn some information about how to be a good staff member, and you have some questions asked to you, practice your food making, and learn how to handle situations. The training schedule will be posted below, however please understand that not every time will be hosted everyday because we do not always have available staff.
