1: What we expect.
While even small, we’re working hard every day to make Sugaree an enjoyable place, and a place that deserves to be on ROBLOX.
While we know and keep in mind every day that ROBLOX is a Platform that’s geared towards all ages, we also seek a Staff Team that may be different than any other. While we do not (and don’t expect to) need to become the most popular Bakery/Cafe on ROBLOX, we can surely play our part in adding a fun Bakery to the ROBLOX Platform.
We know that to make this an Enjoyable place, we will need to hire Staff and put together a Team that not only trusts each other, but enjoys where they are at Sugaree, and to us, that’s all the matters somedays.
2: Warnings, Demotions, and Bans.
While we had Contents above, this is the main section in which this Bulletin was made for.
Levels:
1: A Simple Warning to the Staff Member.
- Compared to others, a Warning should be harmless, but will carry a recommendation for next time.
2: A Demotion.
- If the Staff Member has received any past promotions during this session as that rank, they will be demoted to their previous rank.
3: A Ban.
- Level 3 is the Maximum Level, and will cause the Staff Member to be Banned from the group. Unless you appeal, you won’t be able to send an application to rejoin the Staff Team.
Note: Each of these Levels are the Minimum Response, and can be raised to the next Level if on a more Severe Scale, is worse than their current or next level.
3: Staff Rules and Levels.
This section will contain knowledge about each and every Staff Rule, and what the Level would be for each broken.
Note: If you reached a level higher than 2 in the past and receive a 1, you will still be judged and/or be given Level 3. We also have a few Rule Additions throughout the ranks, but should only be used if you are that rank or higher. We will also only be listing the Staff Rules for Regular Staff and not higher.
Not using Grammar (Capitalization or Punctation). (Lv. 1)
Not doing the job you trained for. (Lv. 1)
Going AFK at the Register. (Lv. 1)
Trying to attract all of the customers (Lv. 1)
Giving more than 3 Warnings. (Lv. 1)
Creating an unnecessary conversation. (Lv. 1)
Bullying Customers, Staff, or Sugaree’s Ally’s Staff. (Lv. 2)
Starting a Shift on more than 2 Registers. (Lv. 2)
Cheating for a Promotion. (Lv. 2)
Dining as a Customer. (Lv. 2)
Thought of Higher Authority over Higher Authorities. (Lv. 3)
Creating a Scene. (Lv. 3)
Using Inappropriate language multiple times in a sentence and/or multiple messages. (Lv. 3)
Being Inappropriate. (Lv. 3)

To make an Appeal, you may do the following:
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a method of Appealing for a ban, but we will figure out an easy way for those who may need to.
