Hello there! I finally got promoted to New Member so now I can post!
Anyways, I’ve been making this building and I’m not sure what exactly it should be. When creating it I was going for a cafe. However I am now selling this building and I can customize it to be a restaurant, cafe, hotel or whatever the buyer desires.
I would like some feedback on the build so far, as well as a price estimate in robux if I were to finish the interior and exterior to the buyers request.
Yes, the lighting is very poor, I haven’t tried to make the lighting realistic yet.
Very nice- I would say that this is ready to sell soon, not yet, here’s why:
Outside seems super nice, however the inside seems… crazy. it has too many different light parts that your eyes are drawn to the most colorful part, the ceiling (you don’t want people looking at the ceiling all day long). The white neon blocks in between the grey neon blocks are blinding, and the purple is inconsistent throughout the building.
It seems like the inside was more rushed than the outside, try changing that up before selling. The floor decal also looks like a free model one, if it is, I would just suggest getting a better free model one because the current one it too dark and out of proportion. Fix the inside to look a little less akward and this could go for close to 8k (if you get a GOOD buyer)
Thanks for the advice, for textures, I pay to use this site called sketchuptextureclub.com . This is my first attempt at making interior, and I agree, the neon lights are blinding for the interior.

Looks like a bowling ally or a restaurant.Yes like you’ve said the light is not so realistic but it’s nice and very detailed I would say this can be from 8k-10k.
I’m not sure what the others were saying Jiffy about your work being 8,000 to 10,000 as that is way too much for your work. I would say 1-2K at most, unless people really are paying that much for builds. If so I should be rolling in dough.
It’s nice but seems flat and kinda outta place. I’d use some custom textures to make it seem more realistic and try and play around with the lighting. Also I think this is around One to Two Thousand Robux but take that with a grain of salt cause some people might pay more or less then what I say.
