Sumatran Cafe - Ban Appeal Guide
This section will be about how to appeal a ban you may have received if you have broken one of our Rules.
If you think you have been unfairly banned you may appeal by contacting a CHRO+. You can contact them via Roblox or our communications server. Please make sure to provide a valid statement as to why you should be unbanned. Please also provide evidence if you are asked for it. If you think an admin unbanned you for no reason please provide the name of the admin who banned you. Please do not make fake appeals and joke around as we take this seriously. Anyone who makes fake appeals will receive a consequence for their actions.
