Sumatran Cafe - Promotion Guide
This is the Promotion Guide. All staff members are recommended to read this if they are willing to go up the ranks at Sumatran Cafe. If you are an LR and want to become a MR make sure to read the LR Guide.
As a Trainee going up the ladder will be quite easy until you reach the highest Low Rank. Once you have become a Trainee make sure to join our Training Sessions hosted throughout the week! Once you become a Head Barista you will not be allowed to join Trainings. You are not forced to become an MR. It is all up to you. If you would like to become a Middle Rank please keep reading below.
MR Promotion
In order to become a Middle Rank it is your job to show us you deserve a spot as an MR. A few tips to having a higher chance of becoming a MR are:
Being active.
Helping others around.
Abiding by our rules.
These are the things we like to see in our MRs. If we see you doing these things you may have a chance to be promoted. There is no set time when promotions happen. They happen randomly. By being active we mean joining a game for 2-3 hours a day not 12 hours on one day then not joining the others.
